About Dr. Brittany Marinelli, MD

Brittany Marinelli, MD, is an experienced provider dedicated to advancing women's health through compassionate, patient-centered care at Elite OB/GYN in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She believes every woman deserves the knowledge, confidence, and support needed to make informed decisions about her well-being. 

Dr. Marinelli's approach is grounded in advocacy, education, and trust, fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their own healthcare. She completed her OB/GYN residency with the Memorial Healthcare System in Hollywood, Florida, where she gained extensive experience caring for both low-risk and high-risk obstetric patients. 

Her training includes the management of complex gynecologic conditions as well as advanced techniques in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She is certified in Da Vinci® robotic surgery and is skilled in using leading-edge, minimally invasive procedures to support faster recovery and improved comfort for her patients.

With a commitment to equal access to care, Dr. Marinelli strives to be a consistent source of guidance for women at every stage of life. Whether providing routine gynecologic exams, prenatal care, contraceptive counseling, or treatment for conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, or pelvic pain, she focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with the individuals and families she serves.
