Dr. Sarroza's bedside manner is awesome. Very patient, attentive, listens to you and when she's speaking she makes eye contact with while doing so. Friendly and you can tell that she cares. I feel very cared for ... from start to finish.

Doctor was always willing to listen, and impart suggestions that are practical. However i would have liked to see other solutions for egg quality improvement proposed.

Dr Yessi is wonderful , treats you like an actual human ( very hard to find in the medical setting nowadays ) and walked me through every process and explained and answered all of our questions . They made me feel safe about my upcoming D&C as I get very anxious about surgeries or any procedures. Glad to have found such a resilient team that makes me feel at home .

I’m not to complaining about the Dr Joanne Sarrosa, she’s a very nice, the problem was I came early for my appointment which was at 11am but they had me waiting for a whole hour finally when I get inside the nurse had me remove all my clothes which I didn’t have to and then I waited for another 30 minutes. Nobody came into the room until the doctor came and then tell me that I didn’t have to remove my clothes. I find that very very irresponsible of the nurse.

I loved the service, dedication and treatment of both Dr. Mehta and Dr. Sarroza when it comes to my pregnancy and delivery. I am a first time Mom and had no idea what the pregnancy process entailed, they never made me feel silly for asking questions that probably should've been common sense and didn't think twice when it came to mine and my child's health. They took no chances! Which I appreciated! They even discontinued my relationship with an outside center that was responsible for my ultrasounds because of the foul treatment that was being provided at that particular center. I can't thank them both enough for my care during pregnancy and for the safe delivery of my baby girl. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

I had a UTI and called they put me right in. The staff told me while I was in the waiting room that I needed a referral. They told me they reached out to my primary care and they said tell her to go to the ER. REALLY??? Then the staff at Yessy Felipe said try to call them and I did, they sent over the referral and didn't cost our healthcare more money no wonder why we have issues in this country. Anyway Yessy and her staff got it straight because they cared. Thank you so much for not leaving me in discomfort.

I truly don’t write reviews but how I was treated today by one of the women at the front desk was terrible. I was given a bill and information over the phone the day prior and told the woman that I would call back to give her the amount that I could pay at the visit. Unfortunately,I was not able to call back prior to my appointment the next day. I understand that this may have caused an inconvenience for the office and I apologized about that. After I told them I was not able to call back in a timely manner the woman at the front desk not dealing with me directly, but in the back with her colleagues proceeded to keep reiterating loudly that I did not call back. She kept saying this over and over and over and over again in a very aggravated and rude tone to the point where everyone including myself in the waiting room could hear her. I was getting very frustrated and embarrassed because I already apologized to you about not calling back and causing and inconvenience. Why would you continue to egg me on and talk about me to your colleagues where can still hear? That was so unprofessional. I understand venting about the situation, as it may have been frustrating as a staff member to have to deal with the consequences of me not calling back BUT there is a way to vent, and it’s in private or at lunch when patients are not around. I was approached by the manager because at this point I was holding up the line and causing a small scene trying to explain how the girls’ behavior offended me. The manager accurately explained all the payment details in a calm and respectful way but did NOT take any accountability for her receptionist’s actions AT ALL. I was told “this is why we like to do things over the phone because now I have a line” I was not reassured that her behavior was offensive and I felt like I was a nuisance as a patient. They made it seem like it was just so hard to help me because of one call back. This could have been handled so much better and I was so disappointed because I was supposed to find out my baby’s sex today but I’ve canceled care at Elite indefinitely. I will be finding a new OB. Nobody apologized and I was made to feel like I was the problem. Never again.

I find this practice very challenging to deal with. There is a lack of communication and being asked to make multiple appoints for things that can absolutely be handled in a single visit or a phone call is not reasonable. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone for appointments, questions etc. Overall I find my experience with this practice beyond frustrating. As the daughter of a physician I know that the patient experience can be better and should be. I have been surrounded by medical practices my entire life and this has been extremely aggravating.

Always the best experience!! Love Carla, love metha, love the nurse practitioner, the students, the front desk everyone is the best!!! You will not regret choosing this as your obgyn!!! 10 out of 10 highly recommended!!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Sarroza and I couldn’t have been happier. She was not only kind and patient, she was transparent and sincere. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got all my questions answered and thoroughly too! I couldn’t finish my new patient paperwork before I was called in. That’s how short the wait time was. When I made the appointment, I requested whoever was available on my day off. I am sooooooo happy I got placed with Dr. Sarroza. She made me feel like I was her only patient and I had all the time in the world to share my concerns. I immediately scheduled a follow up with her for my yearly exam. I love coming to Elite OBGYN. My only issue is so for the second year in a row the office seemed to me overbooked and my appointment took two and a half hours. I wasn’t called back until an hour after my appointment time and then after my appointment with the doctor it took another 30 minutes of waiting for the nurse to come back for blood work.

Dr. Whitney is awesome. Never have I had such a caring, non-judgmental, honest and truly gifted, dedicated health care educator and Doctor.

I am coming back to Dr Tina she was helping me with my matter 3 years ago. The only doctor i trust and feel comfortable with. I love Dr Shepard! I’ve never had an obgyn make me feel so comfortable & take time to explain in detail any question I have asked!

Wonderful staff, beautiful offices, Doctor explained everything thorough. The only problem is getting through to the office, having calls returned, and waiting 1 hour for the doctor to see me.

Dr. Shepard is hands down the best OBGYN I have ever been to. She is knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and truly cares about her patients. The office staff, however, is impossible to communicate with. They never answer phone calls, the email bounces back, wait times are extremely long & they do not follow up with you when you have a question.

My doctor was very professional,and nice I love the way she atended me but it was a long time of waiting in the waiting room my appointment was at 11 am I get there at 10:30 and I see the doctor at 12am.

Amazing experience visiting EliteOBGYN . Dr Withney Sheppard is a great OB/GYN. She was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant and patiently listened, and answered all questions I had. I'm so happy I finally found a great GYN. The office staff and nurses are kind and professional too.

Dr. Mehta was very personable and knowledgeable. She asked very thorough questions. She was able to plan a course of action for my future visits which included a bone density test. She was easy to speak to. I would recommend her completely. The office staff was very nice as well.

Highly Recommended! Dr Shepard is great - very down to earth and relatable. The staff is always welcoming and they quickly assisted with an insurance issue from a previous visit.

It is a well run office with efficient professional staff. More importantly, I feel that Dr Mehta is thorough with the exam and focused on preventive healthcare which is so important. She’s also pleasant and a good communicator. I was pleasantly surprised that she greeted me by my first name when we passed eachother in the corridor prior to my entering an exam room. My only constructive criticism would be to fix the flat screen TVs in the waiting room that were both tuned to the same channel but playing at slightly different times so that the audio on one screen was conflicting with the audio on the other screen which I found to be somewhat stressful. When I asked if the volume on one unit could be turned off The front desk staff said that was not possible.

Waited about 30 minutes in the waiting room and then 20 minutes in the doctor's office so time wise it was a little long but the doctor was worth the wait

Wait times can be long at the office, but Dr. Shepard is a jewel of a doctor and makes the wait worth it. She takes her time to answer all your questions and explains things thoroughly.
